摘　　要：仪器采购是仪器管理的起点。本文从大型仪器的特点及制约条件入手,分析了地方院校在仪器采购中存在的问题,提出应树立"六种意识",把好整体规划关、前期调研关、采购论证关、项目实施关、设备验收关、素质提升关,使仪器"买得起、用得上、用得好",为教学科研服务。Equipment procurement was the starting point for instrument management. From the characteristics and constraint conditions of the large-scale instruments, taking serious steps, the problems in procedures of local colleges and universities instrument procurement were analyzed. Establishing six kinds of awareness was proposed that maintain a strict standard of aggregate planning, prophase investigation, procurement plan demonstration, project implementation, equipment acceptance and quality promotion. It made sure that equipment can be able to afford, available and properly, and made service for teaching and scientific research.
