摘 要:采用溶液共混与交联改性的方法制备羊毛角蛋白/羟甲基纤维素钠(CMCNa)/戊二醛复合膜,通过单因素对比试验,考察交联剂用量对复合膜力学性能、含水率、溶失率及透气率的影响,利用扫描电镜检测复合膜的表观形态,X-射线和红外光谱表征膜的内部结构。试验结果表明:角蛋白/CMCNa质量比5∶5、戊二醛用量0.15%、反应时间1h、反应温度37℃时,复合膜致密均匀、拉伸强度适宜,断裂伸长率最大;含水率、溶失率及透气率随交联剂用量的增加而呈现明显下降趋势;扫描电镜显示成膜状态良好;红外光谱与X-射线分析证明复合膜内部存在新的结晶区域,且结晶度较大,分子间存在强烈的相互作用,此结果可用于生物与医用材料的探索研究。The wool keratin /carboxymethyl cellulose sodium( CMCNa) / glutaraldehyde composite membranes were manufactured by solution blending and cross linking modification technology. The effects of the dosages of cross- linking agent on the mechanical properties,moisture content,dissolve- loss rate and air permeability were investigated via single factor contrast tests. The morphology of composite membranes was demonstrated through the Scanning Electronic Microscopy( SEM),and the inner structure were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum( FT- IR) and X- ray diffraction. The results indicate that the composite membrane has good tensile strength,uniformity and dense,and maximum elongation,under the optimum condition( keratin /CMCNa weight ratio of 5: 5,0. 15% of glutaraldehyde,reaction time of 1h,reaction temperature of 37℃). Especially,it is concluded that the moisture content,dissolve- loss rate and air permeability show a tendency of declining ultimately with the cross- linking agent content increasing. SEM images reveal that the composite membrane shows good compatibility,and FT- IR and X- ray results testify that the strong interaction formed between molecules of raw materials and new crystalline areas exist in the composite membrane. The product may be potentially useful for the exploration of biological and medical materials.
