摘　　要：胃肠道原发性恶性黑色素瘤罕见.其恶性程度高,转移早,目前无有效的治疗方式,预后极差.该病无特异性临床表现,胃镜下表现多样,需病理及免疫组织化学确诊.因本文报道了2例胃体原发性黑色素瘤的病例,通过胃镜及病理检查确诊,并对相关文献进行复习.Primary malignant melanoma of the digestiv tract is rare. Because of its high degree of malig nancy and early metastasis, there has been no effective treatment for this disease. As a result the prognosis is poor. Patients with malignan melanoma usually have no special clinical and endoscopic manifestations. The diagnosis de pends on pathological and immunohistochemi cal examinations. Here we report two cases o primary malignant melanoma of the gastri body, which were diagnosed by digestive en doscopy and histopathology. Besides, we also reviewed the relevant literature to discuss thi malignancy.
