摘  要:企业E-learning是实现大规模员工培训的重要手段,是普及性提升企业员工人力资源质量的战略工具。企业E-learning的实施与发展对于中国这个人力资源大国尤为重要。为了解国内企业E-learning的现状,以及分析其未来趋势,该文采用网络问卷调查的方法,收集了百家企业的有效数据。文章基于这些数据进行统计,并从企业E-learning的战略、技术、应用三个方面十个主题进行分析。基于统计分析,该文认为绩效技术、移动学习、企业MOOC将是企业E-learning发展的最主要趋势。E-learning is the main method to achieve large-scale employee training, and it is also a strategic tool to promote the human resource quality of employees. The implementation and development of corporate E-learning is extremely important for our country. In order to understand the current situation of corporate E-learning in our country, and analyze the future trend, this paper uses the method of network questionnaire survey, collecting data from one hundred finns. This paper carries on the statistics based on these data, and conducts the analysis from three aspects, namely, corporate strategy, technology, application. Based on the above statistical analysis, this paper considers that performance technology, mobile learning and corporate MOOC will be the main trend of enterprise E-learning development.
