摘  要:加强产学研协同创新是实施创新驱动发展战略和建设国家创新体系的客观需要,是实现产学研优势集成、资源整合、协同共生的内在要求,也是世界各国促进科技与经济紧密结合、提高技术创新能力的重要战略举措。在分析产学研协同创新内涵和特点的基础上,依据产学研协同创新组织层次和紧密程度,将产学研协同创新分为项目式、共建式、实体式、联盟式及虚拟式5种组织模式,并结合案例对每种组织模式的定义、内涵、具体形式、特点及其优劣势进行了探析,提出了模式选择的基本原则。Strengthening Industry-University- Research Synergetic Innovation is the objective demand to implement innova- tion driven development strategy and construct national innovation system, is the inherent requirement of realizing advan- tage integration of Industry-University- Research, resource integration and coordinate symbiosis, is also an important stra- tegic initiative of the world to promote the closer combination of technology and economy and improve the ability of techni- cal innovation. Based on analyzing the connotation and characteristics of Industry-University- Research Synergetic Innova- tion, accorded to its organization level and different compactness, this article trying to divide it into five organizational model, including project type, construction type, solid type, alliance type and virtual type. Then combined with the case analysis, discussed the definition, connotation, forms, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each organization model. Meanwhile, putting forward several basic principles that the model selection we should hold.
