“教育规划纲要”理念下高校体育教学资源研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,以"教育规划纲要"为指导,从体育教师资源、场馆设施资源、课程项目资源、教学时空资源等方面对普通高校体育教学资源进行调查研究。研究表明:高校体育教学环境呈现出不断发展完善的趋势;高校体育教学资源区域性发展不均衡;现有体育教学资源在不同方面都有不同程度的欠缺:继续教育现状限制师资队伍结构优化、场馆设施资源发展不均衡、新兴娱乐性项目设置有欠缺、时空资源配置不协调;高校体育教学资源存在短缺与没有科学合理利用的矛盾。Through literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics, the execution of Out- line of the National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development was probed into. The uni- versity P. E. resources were researched into with regard to teachers, facilities, curriculum, time and space etc. It showed that even though university P. E. conditions were improving, the regional differences were obvious and the there was a lack of certain resources. There was a need for on-the-job education for the teachers, more new recreational programs, more reasonable allocation of resources of time and space.
