摘 要:目的:探讨MMP-9和Kiss-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及相关性。方法:选取乳腺浸润性导管癌和癌旁正常乳腺组织标本各60例,采用免疫组化S-P法检测MMP-9、Kiss-1的表达情况,并对其与临床病理因素的关系以及两基因间的相关性进行分析。结果:MMP-9在乳腺癌组织中的的阳性表达率为58.3%,明显高于正常乳腺组织中的阳性率28.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kiss-1在乳腺癌组织的阳性率为20.0%,低于癌旁组织的阳性表达率63.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-9的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿块的大小和组织学分级等因素无关(P>0.05)。Kiss-1的表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄、临床分期、组织学分级及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。乳腺癌组织中Kiss-1表达与MMP-9表达呈负相关(r=-0.690,P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9高表达及Kiss-1低表达可能与乳腺癌的浸润、转移有关,Kiss-1可能对MMP-9的表达具有抑制作用。Objective: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9( MMP-9) and Kiss-1and the correlation in breast cancer. Methods: The expression of MMP-9 and Kiss-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry streptavidin-peroxidase method in 60 cases of breast cancer and 60 cases of normal tissue adjacent to tumor. The relationship between MMP-9,Kiss-1 and clinicopathologic features of breast cancer was analyzed. The correlation of MMP-9 and Kiss-1 was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in breast cancer was 58. 3%,much higher than normal breast tissues with 28. 3%( P 〈 0. 05). The positive expression rate of Kiss-1 in breast cancer was 20. 0%,lower than normal breast tissues with 63. 3%( P 〈 0. 05). The expression of MMP-9was related to lymph node metastasis and clinical stage but unrelated with age,histological stage and the size of tumor. The expression of Kiss-1 was related to lymph node metastasis but unrelated with with age,clinical stage,histological stage and the size of tumor. The expression of MMP-9was negatively correlated with the expression of Kiss-1 in tissues of breast cancer. Conclusion:The high expression of MMP-9 and low expression of Kiss-1 may be related to the metastasis and invasion of breast carcinoma,and Kiss-1 may inhibit the expression of MMP-9.
