云南白药与丁香油牙周塞治剂辅助手术治疗牙周病的对照研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨云南白药与丁香油牙周塞治剂辅助手术治疗牙周病的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年8月~2013年8月期间我院口腔科（牙周科）行手术治疗的牙周病患者120例,随机分为甲组和乙组,每组60例,甲组采用云南白药牙周塞治剂进行辅助治疗,乙组采用丁香油牙周塞治剂进行辅助治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗后牙龈指数（GI）、牙周袋深度（PD）、牙菌斑指数（PLI）等情况进行观察比较。结果：甲组患者创面愈合总有效率为98.33%、镇痛总有效率为96.66%、止血总有效率95.00%,显著优于乙组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;甲组患者治疗后GI、PD、PLI分别为（0.726±0.125）、（0.432±0.028）、（0.965±0.142）,甲组基牙相关指标情况显著优于乙组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：云南白药牙周塞治剂辅助手术治疗牙周病临床疗效优于丁香油牙周塞治剂的辅助治疗效果,体现出有效镇痛,减少术后出血量,促进创面愈合,并使口腔环境得到有效改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate Baima and eugenic periodontal treatment agent assisted surgical treatment of periodontal disease clinical efficacy.Methods：August 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital 120 patients were randomly divided into groups A and B,each group 60 cases,Group A periodontal treatment agent used Yunnanbaiyao adjuvant therapy,group B used eugenic periodontal treatment agent adjuvant therapy.The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients as well as gingival index（GI）,periodontal pocket depth（PD）,plaque index（PLI）and other situations were compared.Results：Group A total effective rate of wound healing was 98.33%,total effective rate was96.66%,homeostatic total efficiency was 95.00%.It was significantly better than that of group B（P〈0.05）.GI,PD,PLI of group A were（0.726±0.125）,（0.432±0.028）,（0.965±0.142）.Abutment situation of group A was significantly better than that of group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yunnanbaiyao periodontal surgical treatment of periodontal disease was superior to Eugene periodontal treatment dose of adjuvant therapy,reflecting effective analgesia and reduced postoperative bleeding and promoted wound healing.
