老年患者牙列缺损伴重度磨耗的可摘局部义齿修复的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年患者牙列缺损伴重度磨耗用不同治疗方法后的临床疗效。方法:将牙列缺损伴重度磨耗的老年患者36人随机等量分为2组,分别采用牙合垫式可摘局部义齿修复(A组)、普通可摘局部义齿修复(B组),观察2年后的疗效。结果:A组满意率为88.9%,B组满意率为55.6%。2组满意率比较有统计学意义(χ2=4.985,P=0.026),A组与B间的疗效存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:使用牙合垫式可摘局部义齿修复老年患者牙列缺损伴重度磨耗,能获较佳疗效。Objective：To observe the curative effects of different methods for treating dentition defect with severe tooth attrition for elderly patient.Methods：36patients were randomly divided into two groups,which was restored by removable partial denture combined with occlusion splint（Group A）and removable partial denture without splint（Group B）respectively.All patients were followed up for two years to compare the clinical effects.Results：The satisfaction rate of Group A and Group B were 88.9% and 55.6% respectively.Group A showed significantly better curative effects than Group B.Conclusion：Restoration using removable partial denture combined with occlusion splint can gain excellent effect.
