摘　　要：伴随互联网技术的成熟与普及,运用网络技术和网络时代的交互理念创新法学教育模式、营造法学实践教学环境、优化法学实践教学资源配置已成为刻不容缓的重要课题。为此,针对高等教育改革教学内容的自主性和教学过程的交互性,探索法学实践教学库建设,主要包括为学生提供学习资讯与模式实践,协助教师教学答题与指导实践以及信息自动化处理和安全防护。With the maturity and popularity of Internet technology, it has been an urgent task for the teaching of science of law to innovate its educational model, create environment for practical teaching and optimize the teaching resource distribution. Therefore, the database structural design for practical teaching of science of law should be in accordance with the reforms of higher education, which focus on self-dependence and interaction, provide students with learning information and model practice, assist teachers to solve problems and guide the practical training, and ensure information automatic processing and security.
