摘 要:我国广大民族地区市场化程度低、市场主体不健全、市场运行配套设施薄弱,极大地制约了市场机制的有效运行,目前应建立以政府为主导、市场机制为辅助的资源配置模式。充分发挥政府在培育市场主体、维护市场秩序、规划区域发展战略方面的重要作用。民族地区政府与市场的关系应及时随着内外部环境条件的变化进行阶段性调整,适时建立政府干预的退出机制,以便最终实现中央所提出的市场机制起决定作用的经济体制改革目标。There were low degrees of market, unsound of market players and weak market operation facilities in China's vast ethnic areas. They greatly restricted the effective operation of the market mechanism. At present, ethnic areas should estabhsh a resource allocation model that was government-led, market mechanisms as for the secondary. Meanwhile, this model should give full play to the government in fostering market players, maintaining market order and planning regional development strategy. Ethnic regional government relations and market changes in time with the internal and external environmental conditions were periodic adjustments. It should estabhsh exit mechanism for government intervention. All of them is order to fillly realize the economic reform goals that the proposed central market mechanisms play a decisive role.
