摘　　要：安顺是黔中文化的发祥地之一,具有浓厚的文化底蕴和丰富的民族文化资源,文化资源开发与利用将直接关系到黔中经济社会的发展,一方面要加强民族文化的传承教育,为民族文化提供一个可持续发展的空间;另一方面,实施资源合理开发与有效保护相结合,做到开发与保护两者之间形成良好互动,积极促进民族文化的发展创新,争取积极有为的民族文化政策推介,从而将民族文化的资源优势转变成民族文化的产业优势。Anshun is the birthplace of Guizhou culture, has a strong culture and rich national cultural resources, cultural development and utilization of resources will be directly related to economic and social development of Qianzhong, on the one hand must strengthen the national cultural heritage education, to provide a space for the sustainable development of national culture. Implementation, on the other hand, combining the resources reasonable development and effective protection, form a good interaction between development and protection, actively promole the development of national culture innovation, and strive for promising positive policies to promote national culture, national culture to the resource advantage into industrial advantage of national culture.
