摘　　要：民族地区社会治理创新是国家社会治理创新体系的重要组成部分,加强民族地区社会治理创新对于民族地区的经济发展、社会稳定以及政治文明的培育都具有重要的意义。当代社会呈现多元化发展的态势,社会治理创新的主体不仅包括政府部门,也包括民间社会组织。社会组织所具备的资本实力雄厚、资源动员能力强、协调能力过硬等特点,在民族地区社会治理创新中可以发挥独特的作用,他与政府部门彼此协作,与广大群众直接接触,有利于解决好民族地区农村经济社会发展中遇到的难题,不断创新社会治理方式和手段,提升民族地区社会治理创新水平。社会组织参与民族地区社会治理创新既有极大的必要性,又蕴藏着无限的可能性。Social Governance Innovation of rural areas in ethnic minority districts is an important component in contributing one country＇s innovative system,it will be helpful and significant for economic development,social stability and the cultivation of political civilization if it has been strengthened. The contemporary society has presented a diversified development trend; therefore,the main body of social governance innovation includes not only the governmental departments,but also the non-governmental organizations. Social organizations have strong capital strength, and powerful resource mobilization and coordination abilities. These characteristics decide their unique functions in social governance innovation of the ethnic areas. When they collaborate with governmental departments and have a direct contact with the masses,it will be beneficial to solve problems encountered in the rural economic and social development in minority regions,and gain a constant innovative and social management mode and means so that the level of social management innovation will be enhanced in ethnic minority areas. Hence,it is necessary to study the innovation of social organizations＇ participation in the rural areas of ethnic minority districts for their potential infinite possibilities.
