社会医学视角下少数民族地区优生问题研究——以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州三穗县为例

摘　　要：优生是一个医学概念,更是一种社会行为。把优生置于社会医学的视角下,研究社会因素对优生的影响,具有一定的社会意义。在此以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州三穗县为个案,采用问卷调查、入户访谈等方法,在社会医学视角下对政治、经济、文化、婚育观念、生活习俗及医疗技术等各种影响优生的社会因素进行综合考量,并提出相应建议。Eugenics is a medical concept, as well as a social behavior. It has social significance to put eugenics in the perspective of social medicine and to study the influence of social factors on eugenics. This article takes Sansui county in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province as an example, using ways of questionnaire, interview, to have a comprehensive survey on all kinds of social factors such as politics, economy, culture, the concept of marriage and procreation, life customs and medical technology influencing eugenics, and puts forward some suggestions.
