民族地区四板市场发展论析

摘　　要：为了促进中小微企业融资,提高自然资源开发效率,参与多层次资本市场建设,缩小区域差距,民族地区应发展四板市场。但是,该市场发展存在观念障碍、顶层设计滞后、流动性较低、融资额较少等问题。因此,应提高重视程度、加强法制建设、优化运行机制、多方引进私募基金、推出股权质押融资和私募债等,促进民族地区四板市场发展。Minority areas should develop the 4th board market to promote medium-small enterprise financing, improve resource exploitation, participate in multi-level capital market, and narrow regional gap. However there are many problems, e.g., idea obstacle, design lag, low liquidity, little financing, etc. Therefore, we should increase attention, strengthen legal system, optimize mechanism, introduce market maker and private equity fund, carry out equity pledge financing and private debt, etc.
