摘 要:提出辅助制动系统进行汽车稳定性控制试验,运用Matlab/Simulink搭建辅助制动系统与实车系统的动力学关联仿真系统.以车辆运动轨迹和车辆质心侧偏角表征车辆状态,采用制动驱动集成稳定性控制策略,分别对实车系统和装有辅助制动系统的试验系统在不足转向、过多转向两种试验工况下稳定性控制性能进行分析和验证.进而以辅助制动系统验证车辆稳定性控制的有效性,在没有ESP控制或ESP控制系统失效时能有效辅助车辆行驶;在有ESP控制系统时行驶稳定性控制性能与实车系统在两种试验工况下均具有显著的一致性.同时,辅助制动系统作为汽车行驶稳定性控制试验装置其设计是科学的、可行的.An auxiliary braking system for conducting the stability control test of vehicle is desingned. Using Matlab/Simulink set up a dynamic simulation system of the relationship between auxiliary braking system and independent vehicle system. Through the slip and trajectories of the vehicle mass center used as the vehicle characters, utilizing the braking/driving integrated stability control strategy, the stability control performances are respectively analyzed and validated for the vehicle system and for the test system with the auxiliary braking system in two different conditions. under steering and over steering. The test system with the Auxiliary Braking System can help vehi- cle to drive if ESP control fails or without ESP control; the stability control performances of test system within ESP control are obviously conformability to one of vehicle system within ESP control in two different conditions. Furthermore, as the vehicle driving stability control test device, the aux- iliary braking system is scientific and available in design.
