成人高校函授站现象分析

摘　　要：20世纪80年代后期,各成人高校在全国各地陆续建立函授站,当时各函授站从管理人员配备、教师的聘请到学生日常管理多数比较正规。但随着市场经济的发展,函授站、点的数量迅速膨胀,主办的成人高校又疏于管理,致使函授站的教学质量急剧下滑,甚至多数函授站、点,只要学生交了学费就能毕业。这一现象值得成人教育工作者深思。In the late 1980s, most of adult colleges throughout the country have established correspondence station. Most of the correspondence are formal from the aspect of management station staffing, hiring of teachers, students＇ daily management. But with the development of market economy, correspondence station experienced the rapid expansion, and the hosted university lacks management, which resulted in a sharp decline in the quality of teaching correspondence stations. In some of correspondence stations, the students could get the diploma as long as paying the tuition fee. This phenomenon is worth pondering of adult educators.
