芬兰成人教育制度简介及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：在过去的二十年,成人教育已经成为芬兰教育系统的一个重要组成部分,教育部为成人提供教育资金,并进一步推动成人教育的发展。在芬兰,老一代人的教育水平普遍低于年青一代,所以对成人教育存在实际需求。芬兰成人教育的良好运行以及课程设置等方面值得我国学习与借鉴。In the past two decades, adult education has become an important part of the Finnish education, the Ministry of Edu- cation of Finland provides funding for adult education and further promotes the development of adult education. In Finland, the old generation＇s education is generally lower than the younger generation, as a result, there is an actual demand for adult education. The a- dult education in Finland could offer some references to our country.
