摘　　要：多种原因导致农村青少年未来就业面临困境。健全城乡一体化机制,促进农村发展。深化农村教育改革,提高农村基础教育质量,发展农村职业教育。鼓励农村青年创业。这是根本解除农村青少年未来就业困境的必然选择。Many reasons lead to future rural youths＇ employment difficulties. To perfect the integration mechanism of urban and rural areas, promote rural development. To deepen the reform of rural education and improve the quality of rural basic education, accelerate the development of rural vocational education, encourage the entrepreneurship of rural teen-agers. It is the inevitable choice for rural youth to break fundamentally future employment predicament.
