摘　　要：在研究生培养过程中,导师与研究生之间有效的指导关系对提高研究生培养质量具有重要意义。本文在研究互惠对指导关系作用的基础上,提出互惠型指导关系的概念,并从发展的角度对其进行了界定和全面解析,同时基于500份问卷调研与总结分析,从三个维度阐述了互惠型指导关系对研究生培养质量的作用,旨在让指导双方把握指导关系的内涵,从而促进指导关系的发展,提高研究生培养质量。In the process of graduate education, effective guidance relationship between tutors and graduate students is of great significance to improve the quality of graduate education. In this paper, on the basis of the research of mutual relations between the role, the author puts forward the concept of reciprocal type guiding relations, and from the angle of the development on the definition and comprehensive analysis, based on 500 questionnaires survey and summary analysis at the same time, the reciprocal type is elaborated from three dimensions to guide the role of relationship quality of graduate education, aims to let the guide is to grasp the guiding relations between meaning, so as to promote the development of the guiding relations to improve the quality of graduate education.
