摘　　要：微课是国内外学者针对教育教学的新时代特点,特别是媒体技术、网络学习和在线资源等不断发展的时代语境而提出的一种新的教学方法。微课的范畴界定与发展历史都突出了技术与资源在教学中特别是外语教学中的优势。基于认知心理学的依据,微课的设置突出了碎片化和泛在化学习的特点,因此与基于资源的学习方式成为微课与CAT课程的有效接口。Micro-lecture is a new teaching method developed by scholars both abroad and at home. It takes into consideration the new features of education and teaching in the new social context by taking full advantage of developments in media technology, e-learning and online resources. Both the definition and the development of Micro-lecture highlight the significance of technology and resources in foreign language teaching. Based on cognitive psychology, Micro-lecture manifests itself in two aspects： fragmented learning and ubiquitous learning. These two features, combined with learning methods based on resources, become an effective interface between Micro-lecture and CAT.
