摘 要:耐久性能是评价汽车品质的重要指标之一,载荷的获取是预测车辆疲劳寿命的关键因素。在车辆前期开发阶段,没有样车、没有实际零件的条件下,如何进行零件的强度校核和疲劳寿命预测,传统基于样车带有各种测量设备的载荷获取方式正面临着严重挑战。通过对驾驶员模型、路面模型和轮胎模型等关键技术的深入探讨,提出了基于虚拟路面的载荷预测方法,为降低路试采谱强度,节约开发成本,缩短开发周期和虚拟试车场的建立提供了重要参考。Durability is one of the most important factors for evaluating vehicle quality, and load data are the key to analyze the vehicle fatigue life. At the advanced stage of vehicle development without prototype and existing parts, it is a big challenge to analyze structure strength and fatigue life for traditional measurements based on the vehicle with all kinds of instruments. By a deep study of driver model, road model and tire model, a method of load prediction is presented based on virtual road profile, which provides a significant reference for reducing the stress of road load measurements, saving development cost, shortening vehicle development cycles and establishing Virtual Proving Ground.
