摘　　要：目的探讨促肝细胞再生磷酸酶-3(phosphatase of regenerating liver-3,PRL-3)及整合素β1(integrinβ1,Intβ1)在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法和实时荧光定量PCR检测食管癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中PRL-3和Intβ1的表达水平。结果在蛋白水平和基因水平检测均发现癌组织中PRL-3和Intβ1的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)和正常组织。结论 PRL-3和Intβ1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中表达增高,可能作为肿瘤标志物来监控食管鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展、浸润和转移。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3 （ PRL-3 ） and integrinβ1（Intβ1）in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC）.Methods The expression of PRL-3 and Intβ1 in esophageal squa-mous cell carcinoma,adjacent non-tumor tissues and normal esophageal tissues were detected by using an immunohistochemical analysis and a real-time PCR analysis.Results The mRNA and protein expressions of PRL-3 and Intβ1 were higher in the esophageal squa-mous cell carcinoma than that in the adjacent non-tumor tissues（P〈0.05）.The lowest expressions of the two factors were found in the normal esophageal tissues.Conclusion PRL-3 and Intβ1 may be used as tumor markers in progression,invasion and metastasis of the disease.
