高校科研实验室的建设与管理探讨

摘　　要：对高校科研实验室的建设与管理的3个方面进行了论述。包括高校科研实验室建设中科研团队建设;改变实验室定位,提高仪器设备利用率;建设开放型实验室,加强交流合作等。认为高校科研实验室的建设必须与时俱进,追求创新,加大交流合作,努力将科研实验室建设成高度信息化、智能化的产、学、研相结合的科研基地。The author discussed the construction and management of scientific research laboratory in universities from three aspects： building university research teams, changing the position of the labs and improving the utilization of equipments, building a open laboratory and enhancing exchanges and cooperation, etc. And it suggested that the construction of research laboratory must keep pace with the times, pursue innovation and strengthen exchanges and cooperation, to change the research laboratory into a highly informative, intelligent research base which combination of production, teaching and scientific research.
