摘　　要：为增强民族院校药学专业学生的人文关怀意识,尝试采用多种教学形式,将医学伦理学理论融入药理实验教学的管理与实施中,使学生树立良好的伦理学理念,具有爱护动物的伦理意识;尽量减少活体动物实验,积极寻求其他可以代替动物实验的方法;优化实验设计和操作,尽可能减轻实验动物的痛苦;加强预实验实施管理,避免浪费动物;尊重少数民族学生的宗教信仰;将动物伦理与民族医药现代化结合,加强少数民族学生对民族药的认同感。To reinforce the humanistic care of the pharmaceutical students, we attempted multiple teaching styles to meet ethical theory in the management and operation of pharmacological experiments in the national university. Good ethical concepts should be built up to raise students＇ ethical awareness of taking good care of the experimental animals. Living animal experiments should be reduced as much as possible and some representative methods should be explored. The sufferings of laboratory animals should be relieved as much as possible. The preliminary experimental management should be strengthened to avoid wasting of animals. The religion belief of minority ethnic students should be respected. Finally, the animal ethics and modernization of national medicine should be integrated to enhance the identification of the traditional medicine and ethnodrug in minority students.
