舒肝祛脂胶囊对实验性脂肪肝大鼠治疗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察舒肝祛脂胶囊对实验性脂肪肝大鼠的治疗作用。方法将30只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组及舒肝祛脂低、中、高剂量组和阿昔莫司组。除正常对照组外,其余5组均以高脂肪饮食饲喂5周,建立高血脂性脂肪肝模型后,模型组给予生理盐水灌胃,舒肝祛脂低、中、高剂量组分别用舒肝祛脂胶囊0.04 g/(kg·d),0.08 g/(kg·d),0.24 g/(kg·d)灌胃,阿昔莫司组用阿昔莫司胶囊0.06 g/kg灌胃。各组于用药4周后处死动物取材送检,观察肝指数、血脂生化指标、肝组织病理改变等。结果模型组镜下呈中重度脂肪肝改变;与模型组比较,舒肝祛脂中、高剂量组大鼠肝指数及血清TC、TG、LDL-C、AST、ALT、ALP水平均明显下降(P均<0.05)。结论舒肝祛脂胶囊对高脂饮食诱导的脂肪肝具有一定治疗作用。Objective It is to observe the effect of Shugan Quzhi Capsule in rats of experimental liver steatosis.Methods 30 cases of Wistar rats were divided into normal group, model group, Shugan Quzhi Capsule low does, medium does and high does group, and Acipimox group.In addition to normal group, the others of five groups were fed high fat diet for 5 weeks to established hyperlipemia model.Then the animals were given normal saline gavage in model groups, Shugan Quzhi Capsule （0.04g/kg, 0.08g/kg, and 0.24g/kg） in Shugan Quzhi Capsule groups, and Acipimox Capsule （0.06g/kg） in Acipimox group.Four weeks later the animals were killed to examine the changes of blood biochemistry and pathological, and the com-mon conditions, blood lipid level, enzyme, the ratio of liver to body weight and histological change were observed.Resul ts The liver tissues showed changes of moderate or severe fatty liver in microscope in model group.Compared with model group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, AST, ALT, ALP in Shugan Quzhi Capsule medium does and high does group were decreased markedly （all P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Shugan Quzhi Capsule has some effect in the treatment of hyperlipidemia fatty liver in-duced by high fat diet.
