摘　　要：目的:实现QR码信息管理,提高临床药学信息管理效率。方法:基于临床药学软件和QR码生成模块,利用具有扫描功能的终端设备,实现二维码生成和读取工作。结果:建立QR码生成模块和图像读取界面,通过临床药学软件,实现了不良反应、药品说明书、用药咨询、持续改进、处方点评和病历点评等临床药学信息的QR码图像转换。结论:QR码技术符合临床药学信息的传播和储存要求,可实现临床药学信息图像化和移动化。Objective To realize QR code information management, improve the clinical pharmacy information management efficiency. Methods Through the terminal device with scanning function which was based on the clinical pharmacy software and QR code generation module, to realize the encoding and reading function of two - dimensional code. Results We established the QR code generation module and image reading interface; to convert the clinical pharmacy information into the image QR code include drug adverse reactions, drug counseling, continuous improvement, prescription and medical record reviews by the clinical pharmacy software. Conclusion QR code technology to meet the clinical pharmaceutical information transmission and storage requirements, implementation of clinical pharmacy information image and mobile.
