摘　　要：目的探讨老年人上消化道出血患者的临床特点及治疗方法。方法我院2012年1月至2013年12月收治的30例老年人上消化道出血患者临床资料进行分析。结果本组收治的30例老年人上消化出血患者中,胃溃疡17例,出血性胃炎6例,返流性食管炎2例,十二指肠溃疡2例,胃癌3例,经内科治疗均出血症状缓解。结论老年消化性溃疡病人易并发上消化道大出血,往往来势凶猛且不易控制,必须分秒必争及时准确地进行抢救。Objective the clinical features and clinical treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in elderly patients are to be analyzed. Methods Analyze the clinical treatment data selected from 30 elderly patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage who are treated in hospital from january 2012 to december 2013.Results of all 30 elderly patients with upper digestive tract hemorrhage,there are 17 cases of gastric ulcer,6 cases of hemorrhage gastritis,2 cases of reflux esophagitis, and 2 cases of duodenal ulcer and the other 3 cases of gastric cancer. All patients’hemorrhage symptom has been alleviated after medical treatment.Conclusions Elderly patients with peptic ulcer are liable to suffering from digestive tract hemorrhage,which is often severe and hard to cure,therefore,it is a must to rescue the patients without delay and wait.
