真菌性角膜炎临床治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨真菌性角膜炎患者抗真菌药物治疗和手术治疗方法效果。方法选取临床34例真菌性角膜炎患者临床治疗方法资料进行分析。结果 34例真菌性角膜炎患者,经治疗治愈28例,治愈率82.3%,显效3例,显效8.8%,有效1例,无效1例,总有效率97%。结论对真菌性角膜炎的治疗积极控制感染,促进溃疡愈合,减少瘢痕形成,预防和减少并发症。Objective To investigate the antifungal medicine treatment and the surgical treatment effect to patients with fungal keratitis. Methods Analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 34 cases of patients with fungal keratitis. Results Of al the 34 cases of patients with fungal keratitis, 28 cases of patients are cured with making up 82.3 percent of the whole, 3 cases of patients show a sign of improvement in their health state with making up 8.8 percent of the whole, and one case is effective and one case is not, the effectiveness incidence reaches to 97 percent in total. Conclusion to treat fungal keratitis, it is necessary to control infection, to facilitate the ulcer healing, and to reduce and prevent from the scar and complications.
