摘 要:为了研究玉米种子的超微弱发光(UWL)特性,间接地了解其结构特征和生命代谢活动,将玉米种子在蒸馏水中分别浸泡2h、4h、6h、8h之后自然风干至浸泡前的质量。用单因素方差分析方法对其自发UWL特性进行分析,表明浸泡时间是影响种子UWL特性的显著因素。对测试样品注入少量蒸馏水,测量得到胁迫UWL数据,利用双指数函数拟合,发现决定系数均在0.97以上。研究表明,浸泡处理对玉米种子的胁迫UWL特性有显著影响;由于干种子经预浸泡后内部产生大量的亲水孔洞,再注水后,水分迅速渗入种子内部,从而胁迫种子产生具有新特点的UWL;浸泡处理时间越长,样品胁迫UWL水平越低,其强度取决于种子本身的结构和预浸泡处理时间。In order to understand the relationships between the structure characteristics and metabolic activity of maize seeds,the ultra-weak luminescence(UWL)properties of maize seeds were studied.Before UWL measurement,the maize seeds were moistened in distilled water for various times(2h,4h,6hand 8h).And then the seeds were dried to the mass before they were moistened.Single factor analysis of variance method was used to analyze the spontaneous UWL characteristics.The result showed that the soaking time was a significant factor affecting seed UWL characteristics.The distilled water was injected into the tested samples first,and then the stressed UWL data were measured.A kind of double exponential function was proved to fit the tested data well,the determination coefficient of fitting being above 0.97.It was observed that the soaking treatment had a significant impact on the stressed UWL characteristics of maize seeds.The dry seeds after soaked contain a large number of hydrophilic pores,so water can quickly permeate into maize seeds and force the seeds to produce stress UWL after the water injection.Generally,the stressed UWL level became lower when the soaking time was longer.The intensity of the stressed UWL depended on the structure of seeds and the time of moistening.
