摘　　要：黄体生成素(LH)为卵泡发育的各个阶段所必需。在早卵泡期LH可通过促进雄激素的合成、增加卵泡募集、改善颗粒细胞对FSH的敏感性,调控卵泡的发育。对于低促性腺激素性腺功能减退症(HH)患者、过度降调节引起的LH缺乏、卵巢低反应、慢反应人群,早卵泡期给予LH/HCG预处理可临床获益。Luteinizing hormone（LH）plays an important role in each stage of follicular development. During the early follicular phase, LH enhances the recruitment of follicles and the sensitivity of granular cells to FSH through increasing the synthesis of androgen. LH/HCG pretreatment in the early follicular phase may obtain the benefit for the patients with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, LH deficiency due to excess down-regulation, poor ovarian response and slow ovarian response.
