摘 要:由于渣油劣质化和苛刻的操作条件,在生成石油焦的过程中夹杂出现弹丸焦的几率越来越大。为了更加准确地判断石油焦的种类及理化性质差异,选取典型针状焦、海绵焦、弹丸焦为研究对象,采用电镜扫描、偏光显微等方法进行特性表征,所得图像比以往文献的更加清晰可辨。微观形貌分析较外观形态等宏观性质的分析更能准确全面反映弹丸焦与其它石油焦的特性差异。将扫描电镜、偏光显微镜图片结合起来可以较为清晰地区分各种焦炭的微观外貌差异,为深入研究焦炭(特别是弹丸焦)的微观性质及生焦历程提供了分析判断的参考依据。Due to the inferior residue and harsh operating conditions,shot cokes appear frequently in the process of generating petroleum coke. In order to more accurately determine the type of petroleum coke and its physical and chemical properties,the types of petroleum coke are reviewed,and the differences between the physical and chemical properties are analyzed. Typical needle coke( Tested in Jinzhou petrochemical laboratory),Sponge coke( Saudi Arabia reducing slag,) and the shot coke( Solusy,Castilla,Basra mix oil reducing slag) are analyzed and distinguished by scanning elect microtopography( SEM) and Polarizing optical microscope( POM). Analysis of the macroscopic properties can more clearly and comprehensively reflect the needle coke and other projectile focal features of the product than appearance form analysis. The method combines SEM and POM,and it can more clearly distinguish the various coke microstructure,providing analysis and judgment reference for in-depth studying on the microstructure and coking process of coke( especially the shot coke).
