京津冀协同发展背景下 唐山高职人才培养策略研究

摘　　要：京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略,不仅为唐山市经济结构调整、转型带来了新的发展机遇,也为唐山市高等职业教育如何面对这一转型提出了必然要求,本文从政府职能作用、职业教育顶层设计、校企合作机制建设、行业协会职教集团等四方面提出了唐山市高职人才培养应采取的策略和措施。The coordinated development of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region u ng to national strategy has not only brought new development opportunities for Tangshan＇s economic structure adjustment and transformation, also inevitably demands to Tangshan higher vocational education on how to face the transformation. This article puts forward the strategies and measures that should be taken in Tangshan higher vocational talents training from the following four aspects： the government function, the vocational education top design, the university- enterprise cooperation mechanism construction, the industry association of vocational education group.
