摘 要:为确保悬浮式物料输送系统能够稳定运行,以其动态激励为研究对象,对悬浮段输送带进行了理论分析,搭建了动态实验平台.进而,基于实验平台研究了不同工况下动态激励对气膜形成行为的影响,并应用控制变量法得到了落料激励和动态运行条件下输送带的动态响应特性,最后研究了综合激励下输送带的振动特性,为该系统在高速重载情况下平稳运行提供了理论依据.To ensure the air cushion belt conveyor's stability, the dynamic excitation was used as the research object and the belt was analyzed theoretically in this paper. Besides, a related dynamic plat- form was built, which was used to study the dynamic excitation's effect on air film's formation under different conditions. By means of the control variable method, the dynamic response of belt under the conditions of blanking and running was obtained. Finally, the vibration characteristics of belt during comprehensive excitations were studied, which provided a theoretical basis for the system running in the high-speed and heavy load condition.
