摘  要:采用一步热水解方法制备的铁氮共掺杂多孔二氧化钛光催化剂,用粒度分布测试和XRD对样品进行表征。以亚甲基蓝为底物,在紫外光照射下的光催化降解反应作为目标反应评价其光催化活性。考察了制备过程氮钛摩尔比、加料时间、偏钛酸的煅烧温度和煅烧时间等对其光催化活性的影响。研究结果表明:在氮钛摩尔比为0.02,加料时间为16 min,水解得到的偏钛酸在500℃下煅烧2 h后,所制得光催化性能最高,对亚甲基蓝的降解率达到88.2%。Poruus titania photocatalyst codoped with iron and nitrogen was prepared in one step thermal hydrolysis method and characterized by paritcle size distribution test, and XRD. Using methylene blue as the substrate and the photocatalytic degradation reaction under UV light illumination to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of iron and nitrogen codoping porous titania. The effects of different preparation conditions such as molar ratio of N and Ti, feeding time, aging time, calcination temperature and time of metatitanic acid on the photocatalytic activities were investigated. The optimal preparation conditions were molar ratio of N and Ti of 0.02, feeding time of 16 min, the metatitanic acid from the thermal hydrolysis process was calcinated at 500℃ for 2 h. The photocatalyst prepared under these conditions has shown the highest photocatalytic perfonnance and the degradation rate of MB arrived at 88.2 %.
