摘　　要：借助人工方式审阅论文格式不仅无法避免出错,而且非常繁琐,因此开发学位论文自动规范化排版系统有着非常实用的价值。该系统应当满足论文完整性检查、各结构部分的识别、格式纠正等要求,对信息的固定部分和可变部分应当分别处理。按照需要实现的功能,该系统可分解成多个子步骤来完成其操作,其中正确识别各结构部分是关键步骤。Checking the format of dissertation by hand is very hard to avoid mistakes, but also is very tedious for college students and teachers. So, it is very helpful to develop an automatic software system design for the format of dissertation. The system design for the format of dissertation should meet thc demands of checking the dissertation integrity, recognition of the structure parts and rectifying of the formats. And the regular information and the changeablc one should be processed, respectively. To achieve these function, the system should be processed by several steps to complete the operation： and recognize every structure part correctly is the crucial step for the system.
