摘　　要：综述了近年来覆铜板行业中常用的高耐热反应型DOPO基(9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物)有机磷系阻燃剂的研究进展。阐述了DOPO基含磷环氧固化剂及环氧树脂的结构、制备方法、阻燃耐热等性能及其阻燃机制。The research progress on high heat-resistant DOPO （9,10-dihydro -9-oxa-10-phospha- phenanthrene-10-oxide）-based reactive organic phosphorus flame retardants for copper clad lam- inate industry in recent years is reviewed. The structures, preparation methods, flame-retard- ant and heat-resistant properties, and flame retardant mechanism of DOPO-based phosphorous epoxy curing agents and epoxy resins are described.
