摘　　要：本文基于科学技术演化和预测的趋势,提出了人类社会形态的重新划分,并指出知识经济诞生于信息化社会的末期,是信息化社会与知识化社会交替之间出现的一种引领型经济形态,起着引领和奠基知识化社会的作用。此外,还探讨了知识经济的运作机制及其发展前景。The paper, based on the tendency of the evolution and prediction of science and technology, proposes the re-division of human society and points out that knowledge economy, originated in the end of information society, is a leading economic form in the conversion of economic society to knowledge society which plays the leading role and is the foundation of knowledge society. Furthermore, this paper explores the operation mechanism and devel- opment prospect of knowledge economy. 17 Refs.
