摘　　要：以学术博客为研究对象,从系统和用户两个角度,梳理了学术博客信息组织和用户间知识交流相关的研究。以科学网博客为例,对用户个人知识管理过程以及知识管理中的社交关系进行探讨,总结了学术博客中个人知识管理的意义。The paper, taking academic blog as the research object, summarizes the relevant researches of the information organization of academic blog and the knowledge exchange between users. Taking the blogs of ScienceNet as examples, the paper explores the users＂ personal knowledge management process and the social relations in the knowledge management, and summarizes the significance of the personal knowledge management of academic biog. 15 Refs.
