校企合作人才培养模式的博弈论分析

摘　　要：随着经济和社会的发展,人力资源竞争逐渐成为国际竞争的核心,特别是高素质人才的培养已经成为制约我国经济持续发展的关键。基于校企合作的人才培养模式,是人才培养的重要方式之一。文章利用博弈论的基本方法,对高校、企业以及政府三者间进行了分析,提出了促进校企合作人才培养模式顺利实施的措施。With the development of economy and society, the competition of human resources has gradually become the core of the international competition,especially the cultivation of high-quality talents has become the key to restrict the sustainable development of China’s economy. Talent cultivation model based on school-enterprise cooperation is one of the important ways of personnel training, and gradually becomes the booster of economic and social development and the science and technology innovation. This article uses the basic method of the game, gives a game analysis among the university, enterprise and government, and proposes the measures of the smooth implementation about talent cultivation mode on the basis of the school enterprise cooperation.
