摘 要:传统意义上的知识型员工绩效评价只是一种概念,缺乏量化标准及相关体系。本文通过对知识型员工特征的分析,建立一套知识型员工绩效评价指标体系,构建评判指标集、评语集和权重集,以模糊综合评价法建立知识型员工绩效评价模型。从群体角度对中小企业知识型员工进行绩效评价研究,利用熵理论构建针对中小企业知识型员工间的熵权模糊评价模型,并对相关模型进行实证分析。这种全面有效地对知识型员工进行评价已成为人力资源管理的一项重要研究内容。Traditional knowledge-based employee performance evaluation is just a concept, and lack of quanti-tative standard and system. A set of knowledge-based employee performance evaluation index system is estab-lished through the analysis of the characteristics of knowledge workers, and the evaluation index set, the evalu-ation set and the weight set are built with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the knowledgeemployee performance evaluation model with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The performance evaluation isstudied from the perspective between the groups of knowledge workers, the entropy model of knowledge work-ers is constructed between the fuzzy evaluation model by using entropy theory, and the empirical analysis iscarried out, which has become an important research content of human resources management.
