摘  要:活塞式并联机组在商用冷冻冷藏领域应用越来越广泛。但是由于前期缺乏对产品结构的动力学响应的定性判断,并联机组在使用过程中暴露出一些问题,导致环境污染、财产损失等情况时有发生。为了从根本上解决问题,通过试验和理论分析,发现双层框架结构可以有效减少振动的产生和传递。并利用有限元数值模拟对机组振动进行对比定性分析,结果显示固有频率可以降低30%以上。The piston compressors parallel unit is widely applied to the field of commercial freezing and cold storage.However,due to lack of early qualitative judgment from the dynamic response of product structure,the parallel units have exposed some issues in process of using,which lead to environment pollution,economic loss and so on.In order to solve the problem fundamentally,through experimental and theoretical analysis,it is found that the double framework structure can effectively reduce the generation and propagation of vibration.Through the qualitative analysis of the vibration of parallel unit using finite element analysis method comparatively,the result shows that the inherent frequency can be reduced by more than 30%.
