材料科学与工程专业应用型人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘　　要：文章通过行业、高校及研究所调研,分析了社会、行业对材料科学与工程专业的人才要求;分析了2010年版材料科学与工程专业培养方案存在的问题并提出了针对措施。提出了材料科学与工程专业"目标任务驱动"应用型人才培养模式并在2013级材料科学与工程专业进行了实施,取得了较好效果。This paper analyzes the social and industry＇s requirements for material science and engineering professional talents by investigating and surveying the industry,university and research institute.Based on the questions of the 2010 specialty training programme for material science and engineering,some measures are put forward.＂Target Task Driven＂applied talents training mode for material science and engineering are proposed and was pracficed by students of material science and engineering of grade 2013.Good results have been achieved.
