摘  要:目的探讨急性脑梗死神经源性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的变化与炎性标志物之间的关系。方法选择104例发病72 h之内的急性脑梗死住院患者作为研究对象,分别测定其入院时及发病10 d后的神经源性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(neuroserpin,NSP)含量及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、细胞间黏附因子1(ICAM-1)的水平,同时选择30例同期住院的非急性脑梗死住院患者为对照组。结果急性脑梗死组入院时NSP及各炎性标志物的浓度较对照组均升高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。发病10 d后的NSP浓度明显下降,与入院时相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);其下降值与10 d后的IL-6(r=-0.2952,P=0.0022)、IL-1β(r=-0.2354,P=0.0162)、ICAM-1(r-0.2455,P=0.0120)呈负相关。结论急性脑梗死神经源性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的变化与炎性标志物之间具有相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship of the change of neuroserpin in blood and inflammatory markers in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Neuroserpin and tumor necrosis factor-or ( TNF-α), interleukin 6 (IL-6) ,interleukin beta 1 (IL-1β),intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1)of 104 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction were measured by ELISA on admission (within 72 hours) and 10 d after onset. 30 hospitalized patients at the same time were defined control subjects. Results Neuroserpin and inflammatory markers of 104 patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction were higher than that of control subjects (P 〈 0.05 ). Neuroserpin were significantly lower 10 d after onset than on admission( P 〈 0.05 ). The decrease in neuroserpin levels within 72 h and 10 d after onset were negatively correlated with serum levels at 10 day after onset of IL-6(r = -0.2952,P =0.0022) ,IL-1β(r = -0.2354,P =0.0162), ICAM-1 (r = -0. 2455 ,P = 0. 0120 ). Conclusion The change of neuroserpin were correlated with inflammatory markers in acute cerebral infarction.
