摘 要:采用水性环氧树脂与乳化沥青共混的方法,制备出稀浆封层用水性环氧—乳化沥青。通过砂浆块抗折试验、荧光显微镜分析,对水性环氧—乳化沥青的粘结强度与微观结构进行研究,并得出最佳掺配比例;通过《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中稀浆封层的各项试验方法,确定了稀浆封层用水性环氧—乳化沥青混合料的配合比。结果表明:一定量水性环氧的加入能够提高乳化沥青的粘结强度,二者最佳掺配比例为32∶68;最佳掺配比例下的水性环氧—乳化沥青适用于稀浆封层技术,优化出的配合比能够满足稀浆封层技术的各项指标要求。Utilized the method of blending water-based epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt to syn- thesize the waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt for slurry seal. Based on the bending test of block mortar and fluorescence microscopy analysis, a research on bond strength and microstructure had been done, and the best recipe of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt was acquired. According to the method of "Highway Asphalt and Asphalt Testing Procedures", the mixing ratio of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt for slurry seal mix was ensured. Results showed that: a certain amount of waterborne epoxy was able to strengthen the bond strength to emulsified asphalt, and the best ratio was 32: 68. Waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt was suitable for slurry seal technology, optimized ratio was able to satisfy the requirement of the slurry seal technology.
