摘  要:《金融营销学》是一门实践性很强的学科,而现阶段教学过程中存在:授课教师实践经验不足、学科设置阶段不当、学生重视度不足、考核方式不全面等问题。全方位提升教学效果,必须从教师经验积累、学科设置阶段的调整、学生重视程度的提高、考核方式多元化等方面着手,在实践中不断积累与总结。Financial marketing is practical subject ,but current teaching still exists many deficiencies in teachers’ practical experiences, course setting, course attraction and teaching assessment. According to those problems, we need to take some actions to improve teaching achievements. We can make students understand this course deeply by holding series of relative lectures, also can teach students to make survey, presentations and planning programs which aim to mobilize their energy, eventually integrates theory with practice in our university teaching reform.
