摘  要:学科建设是高等学校各项工作的龙头,重点学科的建设就是整个学科建设的龙头,是高等学校工作的核心。从学科纵向分类来看,校级重点学科是省级重点学科的后备军,培育好校级重点学科,才能建设好省级重点学科,乃至国家重点学科。校级重点学科建设按照省级重点学科的遴选条件开展,特别针对有望成功申报硕士学位点的本科专业。本文较为系统全面地论述了如何对校级重点学科进行培育。Discipline construction is the lead among all work in institutions of higher education,and key disci-pline construction,which is the core of all work in college and university construction,is even more impor-tant.Viewing from the longitudinal categorization of disciplines,key disciplines at university level are the re-serve strengths for province -level key disciplines.This means the cultivation of university -level key disci-plines is the basic foundation for the construction of provincial and even national level key disciplines.The construction of key disciplines at university level are in accordance with selecting conditions published by prov-ince level,especially for the majors of bachelor which are hopeful to success on applying for Academic Degree Awarding Units Of Master.This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis for the cultivation meth-ods of university -level key disciplines.
