仝小林应用补中益气汤治疗面肌萎缩验案1则

摘　　要：面肌萎缩是临床一类疑难病症,现代医学较难治疗。补中益气汤出自李东垣之《内外伤辨惑沦》,是为脾胃气虚,清阳不升之证而设。仝小林教授通过理、法、方、药、量步步精准的辨治,以补中益气汤加减治疗面肌萎缩疗效显著。通过对仝小林教授治疗的1例面肌萎缩医案资料整理分析,总结其临床用方、用量经验。Facial atrophy is the difficult and complicated disease in clinic. It is hard to be treated with modern medicine. Buzhong yiqi tang is from Nei Wai Shang Bian Huo Lun written by Li Dongheng,which is especially for spleen and stomach qi deficiency and failure of clear yang ascending. Through the precise differentiation based on the theory and principle of TCM,Prof. Tong Xiaolin applies the modified buzhong yiqi tang to the disease and has achieves the significant efficacy. By the collection of the medical data on 1case of facial atrophy,the clinical application of formula and dose was summarized in the paper.
