中年教师健康状况及体育参与行为研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访问法等方法对忻州师范学院中年教师的体检结果进行调查分析,并对其体育参与行为进行研究。发现忻州师范学院中年教师的健康水平有待提高,心血管疾病、咽炎、胃病等疾病已成为阻碍教师身体健康的重要因素。中年教师体育参与目的明确,但活动频率低、项目和形式单一、整体体育消费水平偏低,闲暇时间缺乏、工作学习压力大、健身锻炼场地匮乏等因素,阻碍了教师健身锻炼的行为。缺少体育锻炼成为中年教师健康欠佳的重要因素。By using the method of questionnaire, literature and interview, physical examination results of middle-aged teachers of Xinzhou Teachers University are investigated and analysed. Their sports participation has been studied. We found that the level of health of middle-aged teachers of Xinzhou Teachers University needs to be improved. Cardiovascular disease, pharyngitis, stomach dis？ease have become important factors hindering the health of teachers. Middle-aged teachers attended sport activities with clear aim, but with a low frequency. The types of activities are limited. Their sports consumptions are relatively low. Lack of spare time, high work stress and little field for doing sports hinder teachers’exercises. Lack of sports exercises has become an important factor in the poor condition of middle-aged teachers.
