摘 要:目的探讨消化道肿瘤患者在围手术期应用营养支持的疗效。方法选择2007年10月-2013年10月期间我院收治的消化道恶性肿瘤患者186例,运用改良主观全面营养评估法调查消化道肿瘤患者的营养状况,术前7 d及术后7 d给予186例患者肠内或者肠外营养,并对相关营养状况指标进行检测与评估。结果本组患者治疗后营养状况得到改善,转铁蛋白(TF)有明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论应给予患者合理的肠内及肠外营养支持,更有效地改善全身状况,降低手术后并发症的发生率和手术病死率。Objective To evaluate the effect of perioperative enteral nutrition in patients with gastrointestinal. Methods A total of 186 cases of patients with gastrointestinal cancer during October 2007-October 2013 in our hospital,The SGAN was taken to study the nutritional status among digestive tract cancer patient,the nutrition was administered to 186 patients 7 days before the operation till 7 d after the operation,then nutritive index were investigated and evaluated.Results After perioperative enteral nutrition, the nutritional status of patients were improved and the levels of TF were significantly increased(P〈0.01). Conclusion It is necessary to afford the patients of parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition,it can improve the nutritional status and reduce morbidity and mortality in patients with alimentary tumors in perioperative period.
